We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean, cosy, and decorated beautifully. The breakfast was well thought out and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the airport and within easy reach of all areas in and around the city.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near train station and mall. Free parking. Beautiful, stylish, and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Enjoyable dinner in the garden. Great Wi-Fi, tea kettle, and delicious breakfast. Plenty of on-site parking and lovely restaurant. Go there, you will love it!

This hotel provides excellent value for money. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the special touches you would expect from an upscale establishment. The breakfast options were plentiful, with a variety of choices served fresh each morning. Additionally, the hotel's location near the airport and a very busy roundabout made it convenient for our travel needs.
All was fine, no concerns or complaints.

Located in a convenient spot, close to the train station and Luton Mall, this hotel offers easy access to all areas in-and-around Luton. The rooms are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and are warm and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast options are fabulous, with a good selection to choose from. The hotel also has a lovely sun-filled patio area where guests can relax. a great option for a stay in Luton, with its convenient location and excellent service.
The staff seemed unable to assist with computer-related matters, such as helping guests with the bill or finding the best way to the airport.
